Hi, I am Taku and I work as a freelance data analyst/scientist. I hold a Master’s degree in Physics (Technical University of Vienna).
Since I was young, I have always enjoyed solving math problems. Getting insights out of data is something that I really like. I have a passion for technical data and measurement data. I would love to help you out if you have a project in those areas!
Before I started as a freelancer, I had worked as a casino game algorithm designer. We made 5 reeler games for Merkur Gaming. Merkur Gaming is a well-known brand within the gaming industry, particularly in the field of casino gaming equipment and game development. It is a part of the larger German-based Gauselmann Group, which has been in operation since 1957. Merkur Gaming is recognized for its development of casino slots, video lottery terminals (VLTs), and multiplayer gaming machines. They offer a wide range of games with various themes and mechanics, known for their quality and innovation.
After that I worked for more than 7 years as a data analyst in a semiconductor company (IMS Nanofabrication) in Vienna. IMS Nanofabrication AG (IMS) is a company known for its expertise in the field of nanotechnology, specifically in the development of electron beam lithography (e-beam lithography) systems. Their technology is pivotal for the fabrication of microchips and semiconductors, allowing for the creation of extremely fine patterns on the nanoscale. This capability is crucial for the advancement of electronics, including the development of faster, more efficient, and smaller microchips. The company’s innovations in multi-beam lithography, where multiple electron beams are used simultaneously to pattern a surface, represent a significant advancement over traditional single-beam e-beam lithography methods, offering increased throughput and efficiency. This technology is particularly important as the semiconductor industry approaches the physical limits of traditional photolithography techniques and seeks new methods to continue the trend of Moore’s Law.
I have solved many nano technology production issues at INTEL, TSMC, Dai Nippon, Jeol and Samsung by analyzing big amount of production machine data and enviromental data. This experience has given me the insight to translate complex issues into solveable solutions.
On my website you can find some examples of my projects. Have fun in browsing through the content and thank you for visiting!
